Who called from 2027873855

Got a call from them, didn't answer, they left no voicemail.  I NEVER answer 202 calls!  There is no one in D.C. I ever want to hear from.  Blocking.

I no longer answer any unidentified calls unless I recognize the number.

They call and I don't answer. Leave no message. The number of calls from unidentified numbers are getting worse and worse.

I blocked yesterday with Mr. Number and they got through today.  Does anyone know if spoofing prevents blocking apps from blocking numbers???  I've now added this number to my Call Blocker app.  Something's wrong when I need to use at least 2 apps to stop some numbers.  These people need a strike from a drone on their PITA heads.
