Who called from 2027945925

A person with an Indian or Pakistani accent called, a recording, saying that to fail to respond would be a punishable offense. No other information about the source of this call was given.

Sounds like another number used by the criminal organization running the IRS Impersonation scam.  report it here:

I received a similar call today (3-16-15) too. I suspect I am likely a victim of this scam too.

I received a call like this as well. They were first talking about missing jury duty and then about IRS Tax.
They are trying to scare you.

He threatened me if I'm not cooperated. I ask his name and I will report him to FBI. He hang up
