Who called from 2027946196

Caller ID shows ala.  Calls several times a day.  Two calls today...11:10 AM and 3:25 PM.  No one on the line.

Same problem as everyone else. Get calls from this number several times a day but get no message, and no voice when the phone is answered.

I believe it might be American Lung Association that keeps calling our house every day which appear as ALA.  

They come from area code 202 + exchange 794 but a variety of numbers:
794-6196, 794-6125, 794-5999, 794-794-6050, 794-6898, 794-6765.  

Calls have been coming in for several weeks, these are the dates and times of the last eight calls:  
Jan 21 5:50pm,   Jan 22 8:57am,   Jan 23 7:28pm,   Jan 25 1:52pm,   Jan. 26 2:54pm,  Jan 27  9:46am,  Jan 28 6:31pm, Jan. 29  9:57am.

I've been getting calls once or twice a day for a week now.  All my phones are also on the DNC list but appears not to work either.  Caller ID only says "Washington D.C"  No "ALA" or other name as mentioned in other postings.  They don't leave a message, and I also don't answer unless I recognize the name or the number.

Calls daily. Asks for different names if you answer.
