So I called and the broken language for said he will send it to either money gram are western union but you have to pay a230$refundable deposit first to get the money. So I told him I didn't have it and he said OK bye.... Lol

Basically the same, however when they gave me the option to get the money. I told him sure send it to me in the form of a check. Sense he already had my address (Crazy)., He said that's not a option and I replied fine a gift card would be great. He got mad and asked if I spoke English. I told him Better than you from what I'm hearing. He then cursed me out and told me to go back to a country I'm where I'm not originated, from, or have even been. When I started laughing he hung up. The strange thing is I keep blocking these numbers and they always call back on a different number always saying District of Columbia. I'm wondering why because all I do is waste there time and mess with there minds.
These people are a huge scam praying on the people that they can. They call about an 8500 dollar grant have most your information when u call back to get more details they start swearing and yelling at you trying to get you to hang up instead answering the truth.
