Yes they called me saying that same thing, gave me a reference number and a number to call back but I didn't so they called me again and after a while the person name Kevin just hang up. Definitely isn't any good.
I have been getting a call from an "unknown" number everyday for 3 days so I finally answered today and they told me I would be granted 9000 dollars from the government if I called 202-798-2809. I then googled the numbered before calling and realized this was a scam and they have gotten a ton of money from people. They should be stopped.
These scammers called me and I don't want it to happen EVER again. There needs to be consequences for this type of harassment. This truly disturbed me.
I received a call from this number saying I was randomly chosen to receive this $9000 grant from the government.. as soon as they said it was $200 to procces it, I knew it was a scam
