What stops them from calling is filing an online complaint with your state's consumer affairs department in the Attorney General's office. Our state provides online and we certainly filed today. Fraudulent callers usually disconnect and steer away from calling after they get a call from them. In most cases, the FBI will get involved. **I hope they get caught soon**
