said court action for bank fraud? against me? Stated I had to end of business today to contact them to stop action- 202-803-5785/ didn't return the call
Please I need more information and away to report them.... They are calling my cell and work phone and leaving a bogus message. I don't write checks and not ever wrote bad ones.
This is a debt collector must likely phishing for payday loan companies. They use intimidating tactics like stating they will freeze your assets and accounts, or prosecute you for check fraud which is false! They cannot do so! They really just want you to acknowledge the debt, real or imaginary so they can force you to pay, or so it can appear on your credit report if you actually ever dealt with one of those companies. Its likely come up on the end of the 7 year cycle to be expunged or charged off from your credit report and they want to find a way to collect. Deny any claim for payment until you check your credit report first! It's very liked that the debt is invalid anyway. But if you give them your information they will just persist. Hope this helps!
I'm thinking everyone should report this to the State Attorney's Office and report them that would put some fear into these scums. What do you think I know I'm thinking of reporting them lets turn the table on these scums and put them on the run.
Do you have the company name? I have not officially talked to them but they keep leaving messages just like everyone is saying about check/bank fraud but didn't catch the name or they didn't leave a name. I filed a complaint but talked to consumerfinance.gov & they can not take action if I don't have the name. I didn't want to have to call them & put up with there smart comments.thanks
