said court action for bank fraud? against me? Stated I had to end of business today to contact them to stop action- 202-803-5785/ didn't return the call
I HAVE GOTTEN SEVERAL CALLS FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY SAY THEY HAVE A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST ME, CHECK FRAUD, BANK FRAUD AND OTHER STUFF. THE RESTRAINING ORDER IS SUPPOSEDLY FOR OHIO. NEVER BEEN THERE. CALLED MY BANK WHICH I HAVE HAD FOR OVER 30 YRS, NO FRAUD ON CHECK OR BANK. THESE SLIMBALLS ARE TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND THE BEST THING TO DO IS START READING FROM THE BIBLE, START PRAYING FOR THESE IDIOTS AND WATCH THEM HANG UP. I ALSO AM TEMPTED NEXT TIME SAY I AM FROM THE SHERRIFF'S DEPT AND WE ARE INVESTICATING A MURDER, AND NOW YOU ARE A SUSPECT. I ALSO CALLED MY LOCAL BETTER BUSINESS OFFICE. I ALSO HAVE FRIENDS WHO ARE IN THE SHERRIFF'S DEPT, POLICE DEPT AND FORMER FBI AGENTS. SO IF THEY TRUELY HAD ANYTHING ON ME I WOULD BE IN JAIL.. HOPE I HELPED SOMEONE
you are so funny, I got a call about bank fraud and they are wanting to talk to my employer- we are retired, and my husband loves to use that line that their is a murder investigation, and you are the suspect. now, He wants to talk to these jerks and I told him, that I had heard do not take calls from these people , they can tap into your bank accounts through the phone, too much technology, Scares me to even answer the phone. Anyway, thanks, we are laughing because you sound just like my husband, He is retired huey helicopter pilot and he loves to argue, so they will have their time cut out for them if they get him, on phone, he has all the time in the world , they will probably stop after talking to him.. Private parties (bill collectors) cannot file criminal charges. Only the District Attorney or in some cases the City Attorney. They are trying to threaten you with criminal prosecution for a civil debt which is clearly illegal. Ignore 'em. If you have a debt, then demand a paper statement to be sent by US mail. Otherwise, ignore 'em.
