said court action for bank fraud? against me? Stated I had to end of business today to contact them to stop action- 202-803-5785/ didn't return the call
Classic.. broke 4 federal debt collection act laws within the 1st minute of speaking with me. Called me about some supposed debt I had from 11 years ago. Mentioned a bank I have never heard of let alone have done any business with.
Just ignore the call and the call back number. They legally cannot do anything to you.
The caller left the message that several others have reported, that I was being charged with bank or check fraud and my employer would be contacted. I called back and a woman said she worked for a network of attorneys, the company name was Work Positions. I told her this sounded like a scam. She replied that they would go ahead and serve me since I didn't want her help.
This exact thing JUST happened to me, but she used a CALL CENTER of attorneys, she claimed her name was Natalie Zimmerman, and she said since I supposedly just confirmed that I didn't want to help her on a recorded line that they would proceed with charging me, I told her I would have my lawyer call her.

This just happened to me. They are scammers and they are breaking the law which is why they are doing robo calls now. Report them to the FCC and your attorney general.

this number called me at work leaving a automated message saying they had paperwork for warrants on bank and check fraud and they had contacted my employer to have my wages garnished and I had until the end of the business day to call 202-803-5785 or press 9 to talk to someone
I just got the same call, called the number back the lady told me she had a warrant for my arrest but asked me to verify my address, when I said to her in order to issue an arrest warrant you need the person's address, then she hung up
