I received a call from 202-808-3686, they ask you to call back and once you do they start asking your details. DON'T provide any personal details to them, it's scam and no IRS contact number.
The IRS does NOT call you. Only if you've called them, & requested a call back. If there are any tax problems, you get a letter by good 'ol US Mail. If your call says you owe money and (a) They ask you to pay by wire transfer (Western Union, etc) (b) You are threatened with arrest. - It's a scam.
