Um this number has called me everyday for the last couple days but I kept missing it. Finally was able to answer and they said I won 9k government grant and money can be picked up in cash through western union or direct deposit. If he's really from the government why is he middle eastern ?
If you like grants that take instead of give, it's not a scam. However, as one of the site's wisest posters would say "there ain't no such thing as a free lunch". You'll be required to pay a fee so the caller pilfers your funds. A scam it is. Note the 202 area code is used to possibly trick receivers into believing the call is in fact from the "government", when it's likely coming from overseas.
