same as everyone else IRS filing a law suit

Got the same thing just now. Called back through a digital internet phone with bad caller ID # and it just rang and rang and rang! Probably only picks up from numbers they can verify they robo called!

Received a robocall that the IRS was suing me. I called the number back and talked to a guy named "David Parker" with a foreign accent who stated that I owed almost $2k in taxes. I pressed him for details and he hung up. I called back, he answered again as "IRS" and I  told him it was a scam and he hung up again. I went to the IRS website and reported it as a scam.

Same thing.  Making threats about the IRS looking for my arrest.  He gives you the option to settler it by paying them with a cashiers check (cash).... that's how I knew right away it was a scam.

I got the same message he even gave me a file number an his bage number an his phone number to call back when ever I had the money for payment his name was kevin
