Caller ID says "DO NOT USE". The Do Not Call list does work for these lowlife type of folks. I have repeatedly asked to me removed from their call list and it does no good. Filing complaints with companies like the FCC (who are staffed with folks that just want a paycheck, not to actually do the job they were hired for) are a waste of your time and energy.
Interesting post, first you say the DNC works, then you bash it. But contrary to your illinformed opinion, the FCC does not have jurisdiction over the DNC, the FTC does. So, perhaps you should try reading, because you never know what you might learn (which in your case would be a whole lot).
