they call you and claim to be the IRS that they have filed a suit against you you are to call right away to resolve the matter LOL

IRS lawsuit against  me, this is outrageously  misplaced.

Call Control is having more trouble keeping up with the scammers, but 800Notes.com usually confirms them, with helpful details.

Got this call from May-July until my mailbox was full and they couldn't leave anymore. Same thing already posted. Apparently, I have an IRS lawsuit filed against me, and I have to call this number to settle with "headquarters." They also mention the Treasury Department too. It's either a foreign sounding person or an automated message.
