Another scam-fraud pirate call from Trans World Systems, a rogue & fraudulent debt collection agency. They have paid millions of dollars in fines to numerous states' attorneys general, but they are still in business harassing honest citizens. They use a wide variety of area codes on tie-lines to try to dupe people. The solution is to fine and imprison the telephone company people that rent them the numbers, thus facilitating the crimes, and then the Trans World people and shut them down period.
