Answered because it was a DC number. Robo caller said, "Hello, this is Suzy, how are you?" Hung up then so I do not know what the scan is. Blocked number.
I got calls from this number daily for about the last week. I answer hello, and nothing on the other end. I blocked it.
Last week I did hear they are working on legislation against spoofed numbers. We can only hope I guess....
