Answered because it was a DC number. Robo caller said, "Hello, this is Suzy, how are you?" Hung up then so I do not know what the scan is. Blocked number.
Stop posting useless messages. No one here is calling you and no one here can stop the caller from harassing you. Read how this site works, and then read how you can prevent or stop these kinds of calls. Cursing at us, innocent as we are, will do nothing.
