If you have caller ID don't pick up from these DC or state phone numbers. They are scams, I got 3 from Rachel today. I usually don't talk to them, but one time when I did, they told me they don't care about do not call lists. I have blown a whistle in the ear of the caller. It doesn't do much good, except that I feel better. These calls are routed through a US number, usually from the Philippines. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.
