They spam called me from (202) 989-3570 constently for 2 weeks, I blocked that number today and no more then 3-4 hours later they started spam calling me from (202) 856-9856. There is no reason they should know who I am or have any need to contact me as my number is only a few weeks old. So either the old owner of my number had issues with them or they are just scammers.
Two calls within an hour -- I did not answer, and turned-off Voice Mail... They let the phone ring more than 10 times on each call.
Just a guess, that it may be some political group...

I got a call on 7/ 25/ 2016 at 12:50 p.m. from this number. Don't know why I answered it but I did. The person on the other end sounded like a little girl. She just asked my name and hung up.
Could tell from accent that was foreign with the name Ryan. Sounded Indian dialect. Said from Fed Govn't and that according to records I qualified for a U.S. govn't grant of $9800.00 that I didn't have to pay back. Then he asked " Right ??" Why ask me !!. I quickly said I don't need any money and to take my number off his list. and hung up on him. Adding to my Reject List on phone.
