Yes, you are plagued with the infamous IRS scam. Best thing to do is NEVER call back, NEVER answer a number that is unidentified and get a call blocker for your land line or download a call blocking app for your cell. These thieves have stolen millions and will continue to steal as long as we continue to fall for the scam. Call blocker...can't say it enough.
