Who called from 2028640125

It sounds like bull crap because it is. The IRS doesn't call, they use their fellow government agency - the US Mail. Block and ignore their calls.

Had 2 voicemails this morning from this # saying the IRS is going to sue me.  I'm not calling back.  I'm  pretty sure if they're going to sue me they would state my name & send me info in the mail.

Total scam.  IRS does NOT file lawsuits.  IRS has enough administrative authority under the IRS code and related regulations to collect all lawful taxes owed the federal government.

I've been getting the same call- ignored all of them. If the IRS was really suing me I'd get a letter in the mail AND the caller would use my name. SCAM

Same here - Received a message from "IRS" that I owed money. I thought that authorities had taken measures to prevent these scams.
