caller ID was Washington DC. A voice said "the IRS has filed a lawsuit against you" to get more information you must call. BULL!  IRS does not contact you by phone. Blocked the number!

I just received this call twice. This obviously a scam and should be reported to the IRS.

This is a harassment scam pretending to be the IRS. DO NOT CALL THEM.

Received a call from them twice. Called the number back. It was answered by a women with broken English. I could hear a bunch of people speaking in a foreign language in the background. When I told her why I was calling she asked to place me on hold. I told her I was recording her, she then told me "I told you I was busy!" Then hung up
