The caller says he received a legal notice from IRS and that IRS will arrest me if I do not call him back.

Same..as the other caller, a legal notice from IRS and IRS will arrest

Just recieved a call from this number. A scam. I hung up

Claiming to be from IRS.  received at 9:30 am, June 13.
