I got two calls from this number and received the same messages as the rest of you about the lawsuit. These @ssh@les are wasting my time, as I went all the way downtown on my lunch break to the IRS office. The line was 3 hours long. Luckily I bailed and came back to google the number. SO RUDE AND SO ILLEGAL!!

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
I received this same exact message and phone number. I called the number from my cell and the message on my phone showed "Emergency calls only" and wouldn't go through, then I foolishly called from my home phone but let it ring only twice then I hung up. I have been trying to contact the IRS for hours but am unable to reach human to speak to. If this number calls through again, I will not answer it.
