I got the same call twice today. I think my number got grabbed when I solicited a car moving service using a consolidator that would send my RFP to several companies. I just blocked the number on my phone. If they are indeed in Pakistan, don't we have some predator drones in the neighborhood? Just saying....
I got one of these calls today. Is he Really the IRS. He sure did know a lot about me and my family. Can't he go to jail for impersonating the IRS if he is not?
So you work for the individuals responsible for this call? Rating it a 1 indicating "trustworthy" is awfully suspicious when you are not sure if it was the IRS or not.

hopeeeeeee
yeah some indian influenced voice leaving a very unprofessional message with a threat...the IRS never calls they send letters first
evil really dont call back
A message was left on my voicemail alleging that the caller was an "Officer Kevin Anderson" from the "IRS." He spoke broken English and did not say who the message was for, just that "You need to call us back, and if you don't, well, I will wish you good luck because it will be bad for you."
Officer Kevin Anderson, claiming to be from the IRS, stating we needed to call him immediately and making threats.
Most definitely sounded like a scam.
