This is the 2nd time in a week where I have received these CRAZY, STUPID, FOREIGNERS TRYING TO SCAM ME. FOR MONEY I SUPPOSE. OFFICER ERIC FOSTER THREATENING ME TO CALL HIM BACK AND THEN HE SAYS IF YOU DON'T, WELL, ALL I CAN DO IS WISH YOU GOOD LUCK
I called him back, and I'm a little concerned because he had her address. He was not the least bit concerned about reports being made at https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml
I do hope that everyone who receives these calls makes a report. At least it will get the number shut down, and they'll have to start over.
I tried calling the # because after finding out through here that it was a scam I wanted to have some fun with the jerk and discovered that # is now disconnected
Was left on my answering machine so the beginning of the message was cut off. My name is Officer Eric Foster and the hotline to my division is 202 888-27881 repeated the number and then stated that the situation was time sensitive and that if the call was not returned he wished good luck to us on how the situation unfolded
