I have been receiving calls from this number for over a year, at least 10 times. It is a recording, an automated call with the same woman's voice claiming to be the IRS, saying that I owe them money and this is my last warning before they file a lawsuit against me. I am so sick of this! Can't the FTC or someone do something about these horrible scammers who are probably collecting some people's credit card numbers who don't know that they are scammers and cheaters. I have called the number back and they answer and say, "IRS", then if you say that you know they are a scam and to stop calling you, they either hang up or start calling you dirty names. I AM SO SICK OF THIS SCAM! As someone else said, I may just get rid of my home phone number. I get other scam calls all the time, too, at least five a day, every day. Ridiculous!!
I got a message that the IRS is trying to get in touch with me and that I need to call 202 899 9020 immediately because they are filing a law suit against me. I did not return the call
