The poster you have asked clearly states he knew it was a scam. Of course he didn't pay them, and no he didn't get the loan. Its a Scam!
Advance fee loans are illegal period. That is why they want green dot cards, they are untraceable and the only money gained is by the scammers when they take your funds.
Almost got scammed today said I would get 3000 loan after I moneygram 150 on a card. They have my personal info its terrifying not to mention phone was ringing off the hook w out of area numbers
They are doing me the same have me do these games that they have to get my card from Wal-Mart that I won with 250 dollars on it and I still don't get it
