i have gotten the same but it was yesterday it's a recording message about lowering rates on your credit card and it's regarding your credit card accounts and to see if your interested in lowering rates and so i have gotten the same thing but it's about lowering rates on your credit cards.

Keeps calling and when I answer no one says anything. And when  I call back it's a number that's no longer in service

Spoofed phone number , you can't call it back , they leave no message

I received this call and it makes repeat calls.  I have a do not call phone number and I still receive bogus phone calls.

Called about lower interest rates on your credit cards, I told them that I have no cards,but I do...they hung up on me called them back number is not a working number...SCAM!!!!
