Received a call from "Tupac Shakur" ( with a middle eastern accent) from DHL 202-967-2676 looking for someone who works here. I stated he was not available, they called back from 201-857-2565 with a British accent asking for the same employee. Very strange.
GUY CALLED ASKING FOR "KELLY" WHO DOES NOT WORK IN OUR OFFICE. HE ASKED IF HE HAD REACHED THE RIGHT PLACE OF BUSINESS AND I CONFIRMED THAT HE DID. THEN HE ASKED AGAIN IF "KELLY" WAS HERE. I TOLD HIM "NO, WE DO NOT KNOW A KELLY SIR" AND HE RUDELY HUNG UP ON ME.
This douchebag called our company number claiming to be from UPS/United Parcel Service (yes, he stated both) regarding a package delivery under the name of my employer. He said his name was Mike and he had a very strong East Indian accent, difficult to understand. I am required to get as much information as possible from a caller in order to announce the call so the recipient can be prepared. When I pressed for details he became irate and verbally abusive, refused to give me more detail, repeated the same information and yelled questions like “Why are you asking all these questions. Are you going to let me talk to him or not?!” I informed him that I would not be letting him talk to anyone because he is not going to speak to any of us in that manner and I promptly hung up. I’m 99% sure it was some kind of scam. The caller id read: District of Columbia 202-967-2676.
Same here! Guy refuses to answer questions, and keeps calling for people not in the office I work in. When I try to get more information about him and where/why he's calling he hangs up. He's been calling from 2 different numbers 10-15 times a day for almost 3 weeks!!!

It's unbelieveable how many people have been affected by this harrasing phone caller. He has been calling here for about 3-4 weeks, 10-15 times a day, different phone numbers. He asks for people that don't even work here and insist that they do. He even ask if I've checked my national directory. There should be a way to stop this. I work a very busy swithboard, and I don't have time for his stupid game!

Got a call from this number at work and the person on the other end said in a thick middle eastern accent that they are "UPS, United Parcel Service" and asked for someone who works in my office. I put him on hold and he hung up.
