Someone called, there was no message.  I didn't answer.  ID said DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

I did as well. I answered and heard a middle eastern accent and then he hung up.

Got a suspicious call, with no message left.

Sparky, why did you answer this call? Just let it go to your answering machine. If it's a hangup call, then just block the number. If you answer, then it tells the caller that he/she has reached a legitimate number, and will continue to call.
