It's legit, really Jill Stein's phone bankers. Some are better at it than others, that's why there's complaints.

DIdn't answer but wouldn't be surprised if it was her campaign. I donated via online before and now they've been calling me a lot lately, from different numbers. It's actually a little annoying, though I understand the struggle.
Called asking for campaign contributions to Presidential candidate Jill Stein. I said I will donate via her website jill2016.com. They said ok, thanks, and that was it. Donations for her campaign only come from the people (she doesn't accept from big banks or super PACs, etc.), so it's understandable that they're reaching out to get help.
Calling daily every morning between 9am-10am MST for over a week now. I never answer, they never leave a message. I love Jill too, so if this is her people shame on them for not leaving a message, identifying who they are and their purpose for the call.
