called twice today and left no msg. caller id says Shelton, CT

They keep calling my parents house for me and I haven't lived there for 3 years. Says Huntington,CT on the caller ID.

I called the number back anonymously and got the following message, "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again."

The caller is spoofing this number, e.g., it's not their actual number, et al. Spoofing is lying about one's identity; liars can't be trusted, they're typically predators.
