Who called from 2032702924

"EAS" on caller ID.

Called on my cell phone and when I picked up they had already hung up. Tried to google the number and came up with nothing.

Just called a second time within a half hour. This is getting ridiculous.

I finally called the number. They are Eastern Account Systems, Inc. They must be a collections agency of some sorts. My cell phone number belonged to another individual previously. I kindly asked them to remove my number and the did so and apologized for calling my phone.

these lunatics won't stop calling !  and they don't answer when called back
