I just got the same phone call! Said I owe them money and they were going to arrest me and sue me and contact my employer, well when I told them I don't have an employer (full time college student) they said "oh you are not employed?" and then when I told them I wanted the information cause we just had to file Bankruptcy due to my husbands business, they said you can not file bankruptcy on this and started being arguing!!! This scares me cause not only did they have the last four numbers of my social, but they stated the whole thing! SO they have my social...now what???? They would not give me any other contact information except to have my attorney contact them and then he hung up. I called back and he said "I TOLD YOU TO HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY CALL!" and hung up again!
