called me and i didn't pick it up. I never pick up calls from people i don't know. The left a 3 minute long blank static voice mail. really weird the caller id said it was Alabama.

They say I was on their site looking for work, which is not true.
Although I am a contractor at a firm, I was not looking, I never look.  I am registered via LinkedIn and Careerbuilders.  This is a 3rd party recruitment firm that seeks out people for their commission for jobs in your area.  There is also a 10 minute interview for the process of speaking to them.

Sounds like Career builder may be to blame.
That's the only site I've ever been on with my resume.
