This is a scam company trying to collect on loan that DO NOT and DID NOT ever exist. If you have ever had an online payday loan, this is how they got your information. Once your information is with an online lender, EVERY OTHER LENDER is privy to your information and they are now scamming you because they tell you that you took out a loan and didn't repay it. They will tell you that they have subpoenaed your bank records. Lie! They will tell you that they have private investigators tailing you. Lie! They will tell you that they are taking you to court. Lie! They are thieves. The legal system scares them; they don't want any part of the law. Do not give them any of your information. Don't update phone numbers, addresses, don't give out your SSN, don't give email addresses or places of employment. Don't give them anything. What you do is tell them to cease and desist the calls and tell them to remove every number they have for you. THEN, you should report them to your local sheriff's office, your State Attorney General, and the FTC. Get THE LAW INVOLVED!! These are thieves; they are trying to rob you.
Getting calls from 2052249362 about a payday loan they say was taken out in 2011, have no payday loan. also call from others number as well. they say child processing when they tell you who they are and also physicians processing. they threaten to sue and take me to court, I have block them now on my work phone and cell and working on blocking my home phone. sure wish these people can be caught. I pray to the Lord that they will get their just reward one day.
