Caller ID "Express benefits". This particular number is the Birmingham Alabama area code. I have received calls from express benefits from all over the country. I cannot find that they exist as a corporation. It's a Medicare scam. Do not answer the phone or call them back. They will just sell your number to the next scammer
The website "Mr. Number" lists 1 spam report, 15 lookups and a spam score of 97%. Seeing the preceding posting, one has to conclude is a SPAM or SCAM. Either way, identify it, report it, block it out.

I agree with "warriorprincess" above. This is just another in the dozens of medicare fraud callers breaking both Medicare's rules and the DNC laws. I hope folks aren't stupid enough to buy something from a caller whose first contact is both illegal and against Medicare's rules. Here's a link to Medicare's rules:
