Calls all day never says a word.then they hang up..

Same this here.  Called, no one on the other end.  I didn't even say hello, so maybe I didn't trip their auto-dialer software that there was someone on the line.

I didn't answer the call. no message leave

This number called my business cell no.  I did not pick and they did not leave a message.

I pressed 1 to ask to get my number off the list and the thick accent on the line said, " i want to tell you i love you" ...this is harassment and needs to stop.
