Received call message was left on my voicemail. Message stated the last 4digts of my ss. Calling fm some type of investigation dept. US Legal Services Dept and that I would be aressted fm my mailing address for 90 days if I wanted more info to call. When I rtn call he identified hmself as a attorney. That a lawsuit had been filled against me.Financial debt & check fraud. They also may hv access to ur full social security #. So feed up with this scam bs...
They keep calling for my uncle. Just called @5:05est and I told the guy to quit calling. There was a message on our answering machine saying they are going to come arrest my 62 yr old uncle
I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A "DAVID WILLIAMS" AGAIN ON 4-3-2013.WANTING HIS MONEY>SAID IF I DON"T PAY ON THIS DEBT OF $1,859 I"M GOING TO BE ARRESTED.WOULD'NT SEND ME PROOF OF DEBT,OR ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL I PAID SOME MONEY TO THEM.SO THAT"S WHAT I DID.THEY WANT THE MONEY PUT ON A "GREEN DOT" MONEY PAK.FOUND OUT THESE CARDS ARE UNTRACEABLE.SO HE CALLED AGAIN AND TOLD ME HE "DIDN"T GET THE MONEY,THAT IT WAS REFUNDED BACK TO ME.IT WAS"NT.HE GOT THE MONEY AS SOON AS I GAVE HIM THE NUMBERS.A REAL ATTORNEY/DEBT COLLECTOR HAS TO BY LAW SEND YOU PROOF OF DEBT WITHIN 5 DAYS OF CONTACTING YOU ABOUT THE DEBT.HE DID"NT.THEN HE GAVE ME A FAKE E-MAIL ADDRESS.
