Because the 'secret shopper' is a classic Nigerian SCAM! It's the #1 fake job offer. For the uninformed: In this scam you are hired to 'test' the service of Western Union at a local store. They send you a check, you deposit it, then wire money to someone else to test how good they are. . . . except the check is fake & you're out the money you wired, & the cost of a bouncy check. I suggest you do a web search on '419 job offer scam', or head over to wiki-

A guy named Eric from Direct Buy contacted me about a random drawing i was selected for. He said that i could receive a 80in flat screen, a truck, a 3 day/2 night vacation w/Hilton hotel, or a Samsung washer/dryer. He stated i signed up with my "partner" around Easter (Ive been single for the past 2 years). He said i would have to pass their 3 qualifications before receiving my prize. Burst his bubble when i told him i was single. He said he would call back... Even though he provided a local Birmingham, Al number, he was calling from Louisiana :\
