keep getting calls from this number and various othe numbers all saying the same message that there has been a change in my health insurance policy and i need to call them asap to go over the changes. Don't even have my health insurance thru these people.

Did you go online and get a quote for health insurance? I did the same thing, and received a lot of phone calls..
