There is a guy that will use the names Micheal Carter, Andrew Wright, and David Sutton. I mean these people are stupid to use American names with an accent like that. SOMETHING needs to be done about this. I think they either use VOIP (voice over ip) or vontage . You would think with all the technology we have the numbers could be traced. As far as this nation is in debt I am sure the United States has something that can find these people, surely my tax dollars pays someone to find out who these people are and how stop this. I have reported them to my local sheriffs/police dept, and IC3.gov hoping for help. Any suggestions would be helpful.
