This number has called me a few times and this Indian person did not give me a name or why he was calling and just asked for my wife I told him no and to not to call any more English wasn't good enough for him and he said he was going to f%*# my wife in her P>$$% and many more things I am glad to say if this person is reading this I have an address of where you live and I will send the police to your house ( place of work) if this does not stop thank you
This SCAMMER destroyed my day! If they call you, hang up and call the Police right away! They called my cell and my work...even had to get my boss involved.
I also got a call from this number today. A man with an Indian accent trying to sound "American" identified himself as Jerry Cross and said there was a criminal complaint against my name and last 4 digits of my SSN. He also mentioned my place of employment and said if I didn't call back, they would be sending officers there to arrest me. I'm not even at work today, so have fun with that!

Received a call from an Indian "character" with the name John Smith. The caller left a message, which stated I was being investigated for fraud activity.
Glad to see that I am not the only one that received messages like this. They called my work place and my cell as well. Don't know who they received any of my information. I rarely provide any information over the internet; however, earlier this year, I did apply for a loan, but did not follow thru with the final paper work after being approved. Please let me know if this is similar to anyone else that is receiving the same call.
Yes the same exact thing just happened they called my number but demanded to speak to my fiancé I could barely understand what the guy was saying but the best I can make out of it was something about fraud, and criminal investigation. Now that I've read your post it makes sense to me also because earlier this year she also applied for a loan on the Internet and use my telephone number and me as a reference. It was a payday loan and she also did not go through with it. Send she's in her the information on the Internet we've had numerous calls from different area codes but this is the first one with the same area code as ours. That's the only reason we answered. If you find out any more information please let us know I'm just going to not answer that number anymore. Thanks Robert and Renée
Received a call from an Indian "character" .The caller left a message, which stated I was being investigated for fraud activity. They called my phone several times. I answered it twice, hung up the second time. Then they called back and left the message using profanity, words I can put here.
