I just got called too. No message.  So much for the great "do not call list". Maybe Trump will do something about this when he's elected.

Just called, I did not answer.  stop answering unidentified numbers. they will stop calling

just rec'd call. answered it. pressed one "to find out about lowering my interest rate on my credit card". The thick accented gentleman said I have been paying my credit card on time and.or more than the minimum for the past (8 or 10) months and they can offer a reduction in my interest since my interest is more than 10%.  I asked which card he was calling about. He said Visa or MC. which one do I owe more than $3,000. I said I didn't owe that much on any card. then the call disconnected.

They called my cellular number just now but I didn't answer because it was an unknown number.

They also called me. I don't answer calls that I don't know the number. The number of calls that I've gotten lately has increased so obviously the DNC list doesn't work.
