Forgein person tell me that I've gotten a grant for $5000 from the federal government. I told him that I told him the last time he called that I wasn't interested and to not call me anymore. He then tell me well

everyone!!! want to let you all know that i've been receiving lots of ph call to my cell phone from this number, but when i try to call back, i get a recording the number does not exist... it is a scam,if is in your capability, block the number if you cant... just ignore it... is SO anoying but there is no way of knowing how our numbers got in to it.. good luck everyone.
OK this is annoying. everytime this number calls me it hangs up. and when u call it back it says your call cant be completed as dialed when the area code is the same as mine i tried dialing 1205 and that didnt work either. stupid people. how did they get our numbers?
foreign accent man calling stating that he is apart of the government and wants to give me free money($5000) scam they have my information and need to be blocked.
