The lady barely spoke English, so I would be leary of giving her any information, even if it was a legit call, but after reading several of the messages here, I am shocked they are still able to be "up and running". The outstanding bill is in my name, but only after I took it out when I left and moved, and my (now deceased) estranged husband had one of his female friends put it back in my name, and they did so without question.
