Typical scammer calling. You cannot be "officially served" via email, text or voicemail - you can only be served via court process server or certified or registered mail. So now you know that it's a scammer calling, report the calls to the FTC, FBI, Dept of Justice and your state's Attorney General. If you keep getting calls, you can advise the caller that you're recording all calls they make for multiple violations of the TCPA and the FDCPA (since you're not the alleged debtor they're looking for). Any caller who refuses to MAIL proof that you owe them a debt is owed nothing, per the FDCPA.

Has also called relatives demanding they get in touch with me. He leaves 1-866-741-3225 from Global as the return number to call. Has left another message stating I have been served and this is my final notice before they serve me at my home and place of employment.
