Calls but no response upon answering. Returned a call to them to find it was PRS.

Portfolio Recovery Associates are giving me more fuel for my law suit against them. They are using more new numbers to call from & it is a Sunday, but they don't care. Presently in a class action suit so THEY WILL BE OWING ME MONEY! IT HAS BEEN 10 YEARS ALREADY & I AM GLAD TO SUE THEM. I DO NOT OWE THEM A DIME!  If everyone sues them, maybe they would catch on to what they do is wrong!

You should have sued them the first year.  Nothing that happened prior to a year ago will be included in the settlement.  Further you will get pennies as a member in a class action.  Much, much, much less than if you sued them yourself.
