Silence for 10 secs then automated voice said thank you and disconnect

person called at 6am and was adamant that i do what she said as it was an emergency and my computer would be blocked permanently lol

Called early this morning. Silence, no response.

Got about 6 phone calls today, silence and then a hang-up. Called my local phone company at *69 and got this number. How do I block it?

Getting repeated calls from this number , no one says anything and after a few seconds , they hang up !
